Rick and robert were just as professional.I think they left the place cleaner than when they came to install.when I asked Joe about making me 2 end tables and a table for under the window he said one end table was enough and there was nothing wrong with my table.the quality of the materials he uses is superior.his prices are affordable.Joe is a wonderful human being and he attracts workers of his caliber to enhance his business. Starting with Designer Joe, not only he efficiently & accurately measure all sizes needed within short period of time, but also he was so nice, patient & professional. He explained everything very clearly to us, and did his best to match our moving schedule. The 3D design and layout pictures are very helpful for us to make sure we got the best solution. And their price was not bad either! And the installation team with Rick, Robert & a young man (sorry I forgot his name because he was that only for one day) were also extremely nice and professional. I was a little worry about our just redone/waxed floor & new painting, but they did very neat job at our house. We are very happy with our new closet so far! The quality and overall fit and finish of his product is so much better than what you find at the big home stores or even from other competitors. I chose a large collection of Bella units that went from wall to wall which included bookshelves, cabinets with glass doors, drawer units in addition to other cabinets & shelving. The room is located in a central area of my home and it is very visible for all to see. I was looking for a storage solution that would look like high-end furniture and blend in with the rest of my home; I found it with Bella. I love my new room & couldn't be happier with it. Joe was an expert at using the design software. He had many good suggestions and was easy to work with, professional, punctional & polite. Rick, the system installer, was awesome. Being a quilter, I have a keen eye for precision and can say that Rick is a perfectionist & maybe even a little complusive about it in a good way & he plays ice hockey! I would never use anyone else for this kind of installation.

Throughout the whole process, Joe provided an outstanding service starting with a 3D model design that fit our needs and ending with a clean and professional installation. Although my closet provided some challenges due to the slanted ceiling, Joe rose to the challenge and quickly came up with a design that maximized the space. He was punctual for the first meeting and he was 10 minutes early for the install. That shows professionalism. During the install, performed by Joe and Rick, they took care of covering the floors and clean up after completion. Comment:	When you make the choice to redesign your closet and upgrade from the old-school, non-durable, horrible looking wire shelf above the single rod that stretches across your closet, Bella is the right play. I realized with my mid-sized 1BR apartment that the closet space was minimal and definitely an area for upgrade. After consulting with a few custom closet companies, I stumbled across Bella Systems and decided to make an apointment. Joe (owner) was extremely professional, treats his potential customers with sheer honesty, and clearly approaches his business with passion. Once Joe drew up his proposed design & pricing structure, I awarded him with the job on the spot. Rick (installer) was beyond outstanding. While my install was "simple" compared to some of the many elaborate works he has done, he did not treat it as such. He approaches his installations with precision and will do what it takes to ensure the job is done right. Bottom line, Bella Systems is who you need to consult for your closet needs. I recommend you give them your highest consideration in making this remodeling decision. They will get you where you want to be.
